Evening for Educators of grades K-5

If you are a local educator, you are cordially invited to join us for a special Educator Evening celebrating non-fiction books, reading, and you. The event is free but we ask that you RSVP via Eventbrite (https://mrsdseducatornight.eventbrite.com) so we can plan for attendance and refreshments. 

We’ve created a fun-filled, information-packed evening just for elementary school educators, grades K-5:

  • 7 non-fiction authors will present their books–each author will pair her book(s) with a fiction book. We look forward to welcoming: Patricia Newman, Jeanne Walker Harvey, Christy Hale, Lynn Fulton, Pamela S. Turner, and Laura Atkins.
  • Mrs. Dalloway’s kids’ specialists will preview our favorite fall releases.
  • We’ll have lots of giveaways.
  • Mingle with local authors to arrange school visits.
  • Network and make new friends

Light refreshments and wine will be served.
