The Elmwood Business Improvement District (BID) was established in 2013 to provide the Elmwood Business Association with a sustainable, predictable source of funding for its activities to promote, maintain and beautify the Elmwood Commercial District.
The 2023 EBA Board Members are:

The Elmwood Business Association Board consists of 3 subcommittees:
- Governance Subcommittee
- Oversees internal marketing, governance, and strategic planning
- Marketing Subcommittee
- Plans events and coordinates external marketing efforts
- Cityscape Subcommittee
- Oversees neighborhood beautification efforts
