Vendor Registration – Music In the Elmwood
April 2 @ 6:00 pm
Join us for Music in The Elmwood, Sunday April 28th, from 12-5PM.
Come enjoy a day out in the Elmwood – a day filled with music, shopping and people.We will have 2 staged areas: College @ Russell, and College @ Webster as well as:
- Local Artisan Booths
- Kids Activities
- Poetry Reading
This is a juried event; a limited number of crafters/artists will be allowed per category.
Sidewalk Spot (Fees due after notification of acceptance):
Spots will consist of an outdoor space where you can set up a 6-foot table and chair, pushed up against the wall, leaving customers room to peruse both tables and local businesses. (no tents allowed; tables/chairs to be provided by Vendor).
This is an outdoor event with no weather contingency. Refunds will be considered if we have to cancel the event due to rain. Applications are first come, first serve and will close when we are full. Vendor fees are due within 3 business days of acceptance, to be paid via Venmo to The Elmwood.
- Local Elmwood Brick & Mortar Merchants: No charge for the spot in front of your business but spot HAS to be reserved by April 2nd. Otherwise a Vendor may be assigned the spot.
- Non-Elmwood Vendor: $50 per 6′ table
- Outreach/business (no retail sales): $25 per 6′ table
