Join us for a poetry reading and discussion with local haiku poet Bruce H. Feingold. Currently the chair of the Haiku Foundation Touchstone Awards and vice-president of the Haiku Poets of Northern California, Bruce H. Feingold has published in haiku journals and anthologies from the United States to Europe and beyond. Three books, A New Moon, Sunrise on the Lodge, and old enough are available from Red Moon Press. Bruce believes that haiku, like his work as a psychotherapist and as a way of life, is an art of the heart which taps our intelligence, creativity, openness, courage and honesty. A longtime resident of Berkeley, Bruce is happily married with, he says, “two wonderful adult children.”
This event is a part of the series Clearly Meant, which brings local poets to Claremont Branch three times a year.
